This unique, state-of-the-art, tech-savvy, environmentally-conscious facility, conceived by the highly-experienced Treetops management team and designed by renowned local architect David Rausch, will bring national attention for Zionsville, aligning with the town’s vision of boutique, creative, culture-based offerings.
Treetops Arts & Event Centre will be a $15.2M world-class concert, social and corporate event venue with local roots. The 36,000+ SF Zionsville facility will be built in the Creekside Corporate Park just west of 106th Street and Michigan Road. Complete with 245 parking spaces, Treetops will be located within easy walking distance of beautiful downtown Zionsville.
With capability to seamlessly host everything from ticketed concerts, tastings and other social events to weddings and corporate events, the flexible, multi-use Treetops model is tailored for quick success and long-term sustainability. Our enlightened hospitality model will attract skilled, professional staff and A-list guests through unmatched, personalized service, while also placing heavy emphasis on fostering a powerful, positive community impact.
A Typical Week at Treetops
Thursday
The day kicks off with a corporate presentation and lunch for 275 trainees. That same evening, up to 150 guests might purchase tickets for a private wine tasting event with custom menu selections and premium vintage wine from our private “wine library” collection.
Friday
Concert-goers join 550 fellow live music fans to share in an acoustically perfect, intimate listening room concert featuring a top-tier national touring artist, followed by an after party in the atrium complete with decadent custom desserts created by our in-house pastry chef.
Saturday
Any couple will be thrilled to host up to 310 family members for a gorgeous wedding ceremony in our lush atrium, with a posh reception to follow featuring 5-star custom catering from the in-house chef and team, as well as live music and dancing next to the best views around.
Sunday (or any day!)
Today might find Treetops hosting multiple events simultaneously, such as a birthday party complete with passed hors d’oevres and craft cocktails, a local makers festival ahead of the holidays, or a VIP dinner and dancing event to liven up the weekend – the possibilities are simply endless.
